A Happy New Year to you all and warm wishes from Ferrari Middle East!

My first thoughts are for you and your families’ wellbeing and health in these difficult times, and I sincerely hope that you remain safe and healthy in the year ahead.

Reflecting on the year past, I can say that 2020 was a year of challenges and learnings; a year that tested our capability to adapt, change and master unpredictability on both a personal and professional level.

Here at Ferrari, we adapted to the new normal by challenging ourselves in order to grant the best level of service while ensuring safety at every single touch point. We remained committed to keeping our connection with you stronger than ever, even when precautionary measures denied us the events and activities that are at the core of the Ferrari Experience you expect and enjoy. We also reaffirmed our commitment to delivering excellence in customer experience, and trying to exceed your expectations as always.

In April, as the world adapted to the first phase of quarantining, we immediately launched the ‘Back on Track’ programme globally to help ensure the safety of our staff and guests in our showrooms, facilities and workshops.

Next we launched the “Test Drive at Home” and “Remote Configuration” programmes to take key elements of the Ferrari Experience to your doorsteps. Likewise our workshops have always offered the opportunity to pick up and return your car for servicing, to ensure it is in perfect working condition and ready for the driving season.

Beginning September 2020, we also extended the warranty coverage on Ferrari Approved certified preowned vehicles, offering an official two-year warranty so you can buy with total peace of mind.

We restarted our Ferrari events and activities as soon as it was possible, because we know how much you enjoy driving your Ferrari on track, the road and in the company of other Ferraristi and the Owners’ clubs. For those of you who wanted to fulfil their dream of being a racing driver, we commenced the first season of Passione Ferrari Club Challenge, for the first time ever in the Middle East.

Throughout all of this, we began customer deliveries of four new models: F8 Spider, Ferrari Roma, 812 GTS, SF90 Stradale, and presented two more: Portofino M and SF90 Spider.

Last but not least, we have started refreshing and renovating our showrooms with the new Ferrari Corporate Identity, which will be welcoming you soon at our showrooms across the region.

It has been an intense year and I cannot thank you enough for the overwhelming support and passion you have demonstrated in these challenging months. Our gratitude goes to every one of you, who inspires us to do better and raise the bar higher.

We look ahead and see a year that will also bring challenges and uncertainty, but we at Ferrari Middle East together with our dealer partners in the region, are ready. You can count on us and on our commitment to deliver a rewarding, enjoyable and exclusive experience with Ferrari.
